What do I need to bring?
A current, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every signer (driver's license, state ID or passport), and the complete, unsigned document. Don't sign ahead of time — you'll sign in front of me.
How much does a notarization cost?
Florida limits the fee to $10 per notarial act for in-person notarizations and $25 per online notarial act. Travel, after-hours and loan signing fees are separate. Ask for a quote and you'll know the total before I head out.
Can you help me fill out or choose my documents?
No. I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida, so I can't give legal advice, prepare legal documents or tell you which form you need. I'm happy to notarize documents you or your attorney have prepared.
How does online notarization work?
You'll get a secure link from Blue Notary or Notarize.com, verify your identity on camera, and sign electronically while I watch and complete the notarization. You need a computer or phone with a camera, a stable connection and a valid ID. The session is recorded as Florida law requires.
Do you work with title companies and signing services?
Yes — loan signings are the core of my business. Send your package details through the form below or call/text, and I'll confirm quickly. I'm an NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent, background screened, with a $100,000 E&O policy. Proof is available on request.
Can you come to a hospital or nursing home?
Yes. The signer must be alert, able to understand what they're signing, have acceptable ID, and sign willingly. Please check visiting rules with the facility first.
What are your hours? Do you offer same-day appointments?
In-person signings are available Monday–Sunday, 6 AM–11 PM, and Remote Online Notary is available 24/7. Same-day appointments depend on the schedule, so call or text to check. Rush and after-hours requests are quoted up front.
